A: Manual osteopaths identify, assess, and treat the body’s structures and rhythms using a gentle, hands-on approach. This fundamental technique is called osteopathic palpation. Manual osteopaths develop a very sensitive sense of touch to master osteopathic palpation. Osteopathic palpation is what makes manual osteopathy different from other forms of therapy.

A: It is recommended to wear comfortable, movable clothing such a work-out wear.
Q: What if the time slots given online do not work?
A: If you prefer a time that is not available on the online booking, please call, text, or e-mail and we will try our best to accommodate.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Yes, we require 24-hours notice for cancellations. All cancellations under 24 hours and no showed appointments will result in a fee for the appointment. Please remember that we set aside the time for you, we expect you to do the same. We understand that life happens, therefore certain circumstances will be taken into consideration.
Q:Do you have COVID updates in place?
A: Yes, please refer to your confirmation and reminder emails for all COVID related updates.
Q:Due to COVID, must I wear a mask?
A: Masks are optional. I will continue wearing a mask, and leave it up to you if you choose to wear one or not.
Q: Is there anything to fill out prior to the appointment,
A: A health questionnaire will be emailed out 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time, and it must be filled out prior to every appointment moving forward. First appointment paperwork is to be filled out at your initial consultation.
